Women in Rwanda and Congo are constantly juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. Many are forced to be the primary caregivers for their families, often single-handedly managing households and looking after children. In addition to domestic duties, women also engage in economic activities to support their families, facing long hours of work with little rest. Moreover, the ongoing conflicts in these regions have exacerbated the fatigue experienced by women. The constant threat of violence, displacement, and loss of loved ones take a severe toll on their mental and emotional well-being. Many women live in fear for their safety and that of their families, resulting in a constant state of stress and anxiety. Despite the challenges they face, women in Rwanda and Congo exhibit remarkable resilience and strength. They continue to persevere and find ways to support their families and communities, often serving as pillars of strength in the face of adversity. Efforts are being made to address the issue of women's fatigue in these regions. Organizations and initiatives are providing support services, such as counseling and vocational training, to help women cope with the challenges they encounter. By empowering women and creating a supportive environment, progress is being made towards alleviating the fatigue and improving the well-being of women in Rwanda and Congo.
